Multi Matte RE has vignette

Hello,
i have a bit of a issue, that occured to me often now and I dont know what is causing it.

I have my Material IDs in a Multimatte RE. The rendered Multimatte has a vignette and I kinda dont know what is causing it. I attached a example of a multimatte and the RE settings. So if someone can give me a hint on what is happening there, it would be great.

I think I ran into the same issue with the white multimatte mode, but only when GPU-rendering (both CUDA and RTX). With CPU, the mask is as it should be, see attached images.
Using V-Ray 6.10.00 / Cinema 4d 2023.2.0. Is there a solution to this yet (maybe in V-Ray 6.10.01)?
