Render has pixel artifacts

Hello,

I have this render artifacts in my render, here a example shot:



It appears that I mostly get them in the shadow parts of the picture. I use GPU Rendering with fairly high settings. Nothing really changes the endresult. Also changes to the geometry didnt helped here.

Anyone has a tip for me?

Artefacts and noise could be caused by numerous reasons. Could you please provide us with a test scene so we can investigate the issue further.
