license issues

Hi there. anyone getting issues with license app? here karspersky suddently starts flagging vrol.exe as a trojan virus.... and know I can't render...

Hi, I have the same problem with vray and 3dsmax 2024... I have uninstall and reinstall vray and the license server, but still have the problem.

We also registered and reported the issue, but it will be best if you also rise a support ticket to Kaspersky by following the below link:
https://support.kaspersky.com/common/error/other/15332

In case you need to work with our software urgently, the only thing that will work is to add an exception to our "vrol.exe" file or disable Kaspersky.
