There is no problem with the standard material, but the problem is with the node material.

Hello qingyuan_pang Thank you for your patience! We are currently working on improving V-Ray OSL Node materials. At this point I would recommend you to use the Standard V-Ray OSL Materials.

When using the Standard materials, make sure to use the Closure Output dropdown menu when necessary: http://ftp.chaosgroup.com/support/sc...5_11-09-12.jpg
This is due to the different type of OSL file.
