Hello 123456_ Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please share the exact versions of all software along the workflow ( Max, C4D, V-Ray )

Is it correct to understand that you export assets as a vrscene from this specific Max scene and when imported in C4D the issue appears?
What if you export from another Max scene?
What if you import the exported vrscene back to Max instead of C4D?
Does it appear with these specific assets only or anything you create?
When you say "error on location" do you mean the placement of the geometry or there is an issue with the file location as well?

The max version is 2023 and the c4d version is 2024.4 and the vray version is 6.2. Generally speaking, there is no problem when importing the vrscene exported by max into c4d. However, for my max file, after importing the vrscene into c4d, the model position will move, just like the one in my picture Click image for larger version

Hello 123456_ Thank you for the information. We have discussed this internally with the team. The difference come from the Pivot_Offset feature that's being exported from 3DsMax. This feature is not correctly read in Cinema which is causing the issue. We will be logging this into our system now and will take a closer look on how to avoid it in the future.
