Displacement in V-Ray Decal doesnt work with V-Ray CameraMotion Blur

The Displacement in V-Ray Decal doesnt work when using a V-Ray Camera with Motion Blur turned on. It does work on Frame 0 but not anywhere else in the timeline. (I guess there some displacement-precalculation missing)
I attached a Sample Scene for easy replication.
