Hi,

Is there a reason why the aspect ratio in VFB differs from the preview in Cinema? Is there a way to fix this?

Yes ruby_vandeursen - its about the physical Camera from V-Ray - it computes another "field of view" than the viewport gives.
You can change the setting to "specify field of view" to fix this.
