ID:	1230628 I don't know when these features were updated, but it seems that they can make bumps and normals overlap at the same time, but I found that they are not displayed in the UI. Why is this?

Hi 123456_, these were added with V-Ray 7 for compatibility reasons. Their intent is to allow scenes imported from V-Ray for 3ds Max to render as close as possible.

The Normal Map Mult and Bump Map Mult are usable only when there is a connection to the Additional Bump input. And this additional bump is only applicable when the main input is a Normal Map. Since this usecase is quite complicated and works only in this specific setups, we decided that these parameters should be visible only for compatibility reasons (when used in imported scene) and their general usage should not be encouraged.

Of course, there is nothing stopping you from showing the ports in the node graph and connecting an input there (and the ports should become visible in the attribute editor), but keep in mind that using this additional bump may not work as expected in all use-cases and bump types.
