Yes me to... bought Q-Tile-Pro few weeks ago and now...

well it works of course,as in any other renderner, just use the new vray bake shader,and set enough resolution(lower for setupand higher for final).
the end result looks always the same regardless, if baked or rendered direct(just choose enought resolution)

that said i hope of course Chaosgroup can support this c4d shader nativce for local rendering for easiest and fastest workflow,
similar as we had it in 3.x.or as it is in Corona render.
we are already in contact with the CG guys for thatand give them also a NFR testing license,and i think they try to be very helpful.
