Saving Layer Presets in VFB and Display of Vray Lights With Cloner in Viewport

Hello everyone,

1. It seems like there is a bug that causes the VFB to go completely blank whenever I try to save a layer preset in the layers section.


2. It appears that whenever I try to use a cloner with a vray light, it incorrectly displays an extra light in the viewport if I made the cloner count more than 2. (This is more apparent when I add a transformation to the light before putting it under the cloner)

I am unable to send a video, but I can show where the issue is visible via screenshots:

When I right click on Lens Effects and click Save, it results in the VFB being completely blank, with no UI.

Thank you for sharing those details. I managed to reproduce the issue and I logged it in our internal bug tracking system. Keep in mind that you can save the layers presets using the Save button at the top of the Layers panel.

Our developers fixed the bug with the lights in the viewport (bug ID: VC4D-935) and the fix will be available in our next official release. You can keep an eye on the V-Ray for Cinema 4D :: Announcements section of the forum for any updates.
