  • Intel Open image denoiser v.23 update?

    Hi!
I was wondering if the intel denoiser has been updated in recent versions of vray, and if so what is the current version in use? Unfortunately i could fine any info on this in the deocumentation.

It would be also useful to let the Intel denoiser to use the GPU, as far as I know the latest versions support any hardware, including Nvidia, AMD, ARM and AS.

Hello akos_kiss Thank you for your questions. We are currently working on a new denoiser and should be implementing it in one of the next major versions. We will make sure to announce it once it's done.

          Hi viktor_angelov,
Are you working in a new v-ray denoiser? If so than it is great news! We use the v-ray denoiser a lot but in some edgecases the intel denoiser works a bit better. It would be great if we could have the best of both worlds

          Looking forward to this update!
