Security Scan Required Popup Windows10 with VFH Nightly Builds

Does anyone know how to disable this in Windows 10? It seems that when i update the VHF nightly builds, i get this popup every 10 seconds, sometime as many as 20 popups. When i click on it, it takes to the "Enable Block at First Sight" microsoft page that is not very helpful.

Hey,

I've never seen this pop-up. Google says it's forced when downloading items with Internet Explorer, and a possible solution is to disable scanning of your Downloads directory.

thank you for looking into it, yeah that happens when i open Houdini after installing the VFH nightly update. I am not sure why, but I use Google Chrome, and it does not happen when downloading. Anyway, thank you
