Render Element Refraction missing?

Is Render Element Refraction supposed to be available or did it go away?

In VFH Docs it says it is available : https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...INI/Refraction

But in Render Elements inside Houdini it is not there. Reflection is there, but Refraction is not.

Drop a Color Channel RE node, Refraction is right there in the drop-down menu.
