light instances read intensity from points?

Hi. If we're setting intensity on scattered points and instancing lights to those points, can v-ray read the intensity of those points to set the intensity of the instanced lights? Can do with Redshift. Thanks.

Yes, color and intensity are supported where color is v@Cd and intensity is f@intensity.
Be sure to force export those attributes from the V-Ray Object Properties of the node holding the points.

Thanks! Might need some help with the force export thing. Never done that. Is that "Force Rayserver Instances" in the Instancing tab of the V-Ray Object Properties? On the instancer, I assume? Or on the obj that has the scattered points?

its Object Properties --> Shading --> Forced Attributes on the instancer

also it appears, that any changes to the points in the instancer are not picked up by ipr (no matter if using the new lightinstancer or not)

here is a very simple scene. try changing anything in the instancer (moving points with the transform, change seed on the randomize attribute node). (All) the light move to one point (or turn off, I can't tell).

Changing anything on the light itself only changes something on one light.

The issues have actually changed from the vfh version from a couple of days ago as there was no update what so ever. I'm using today's nightly.
