I see that one of the new feature of Vray 5 in 3DSMAX is the light Mixer. In houdini we already have a light Mixer in USD tab. Do you think it's possible to make them work together ? And Making Vray working like Karma/solaris ?

I got an email that there is a version new Vray beta 5 for Maya, and since Maya and Houdini versions are so close together I was wondering how close is version 5 for Houdini??? THank you! Looking forward!

Indeed, it would have made sense to release together with V-Ray 5 for Maya - with all the Houdini-related new things that the developers are working on, it just wasn't possible this time. It will take us at least a month, possibly more - we are hoping for early August.
