I've tried same setup on my side and seems to work. Could you open command prompt and check if V-Ray for 3dsmax2019 has environment variables properly set. Just open a command prompt and paste following

      echo %VRAY4_FOR_3DSMAX2019_MAIN% %VRAY4_FOR_3DSMAX2019_PLUGINS%

check if the directories are exist and are correct.

Try to re-install V-Ray for 3dsmax, be sure the install program has finished without errors. If you got errors run the installer again.

sure, the option is on the Renderer ROP -> Export tab. SideFx recently dropped the restriction on Indie regarding scene description formats so the latest nightly builds will allow you to export even if you're on Indie.

              Hope that helps!
Thanks. I setup patch, but how to export it with animation?
