[HOU-1922] Simple question: How to move (Translate) LightDome?

"I Like" (can) place LightDome everywhere, but how "To Move it Move it .." after?

Translate transform is not available for V-Ray Dome light because Dome light position does not have effect over the lighting. Why you want to move it ?

In addition to what chakarov said, if you really want to be able to do this, open the parameter interface (Gear icon), enable "Show Invisible Parameters" and unhide the Translate parameter. We tried to simplify the UI so any parameters that do nothing have been hidden.
