[HOU-2265] dock VrayFrameBuffer to UI

Is it possible to use the houdini RenderView with vray? I enjoy working with a docked frame buffer like the default renderView instead with a floating Panel. A option to dock the VrayFrameBuffer to the Houdini UI would be great.

In Solaris it will have viewport rendering, but I enjoy using the VFB.

we've wanted to do this for a while but the VFB that ships with V-Ray versions prior to 5, it was just not feasible.
With V-Ray 5 and the new VFB, I'm hoping we'll be able to do that.
