  • Where are the builds for Mac?

Hi, I just bought VRAY for Houdini since I needed it in a specific project and we use both Linux and Windows(workstations, servers) as well as Mac(laptops) and cannot find builds for Houdini and Mac. I managed to get hold of an old zipfile from the nightly archive and manged to get it to work by clicking many (a thousand?) pop ups that asked about access to dylibs etc. On PC I uses the 18.5.596 release but on Mac I am forced to stay on 18.5.499 when using the older VRAY (semi-working) release. Basically, I just want to go the the download page and download an installer for the latest version of VRAY for H. So, what is the status?

Replying to myself and for other Mac users: There are no stable builds! You have to apply for access to nightly builds in order to get access to some shaky alpha version. yay!

Agreed, I would like to see more official builds. One official release every 6 months is stopping us accessing Houdini's latest production builds.

I would hope for more regular official builds maybe once a month, they don't need to drop in new features each release just keep is up to date. Also happy to drop legacy Houdini builds sooner. (like redshift does... They already have a Houdini 19 build)

Also still hoping for solaris support on macOS.
