Need some advice to get Pre-Render Script functionality to work

Hi,

I wanted to do some changes in the translated scene before it is sent to another machine. I tried to study some examples that I found here:

The first line "from vray.utils import *" throws an error: "Import Error: No module named utils."

Is my installation broken? I'm using vray 51020 for Houdini18.5.596 Python2

Pre/post/scripts are Houdini scripts (as on any other ROP).

If you want to modify V-Ray scene you'll need to use "Post Translate" tab.

Alright, I now switched to Post Translate and my script works fine. Thanks
