  • [HOU-2815](open)hdri environment lighting doesn't work in ACES?

Hi guys, has anyone experience with ACEScg and environment dome light, please?

As I read, everything should work automatically, just switch the render ROP to ACEScg. So I did and everything works fine except the HDRi.

I can't figure out how to set it up correctly because it is not doing the conversion right. It is all the time more saturated (not converted).
I've tried using the dome light itself, but there are no options to change color space so I created the image file node and connected it to the dome light as another option.
That has color management but it doesn't work as textures. Renderer ignores the conversion and leaves it as it is.

Hello chakarov , I just render the hdri linear image in vray light dome and then I did two renders with Render ROP color management set to linear and second set to ACEScg.
This is how I am testing it in Nuke.

Ok, great that you were able to reproduce it. Is it a bug, then? Will it be fixed?
