Vray7 missing Improved PRG Clear Sky

I've just installed Vray7 and I can't find the new Improved PRG Clear Sky model on the V-ray TextSky texture.

It should be available.

I've checked on my end with the newest build and it's in the sky texture, but not the sun light. I'm not sure if it's missing or if this is the intended use.

I have it but I think it's from the nightly build.
