They just don`t work for me. Each time i start Houdini settings are gone, history tab is disabled and i have to set the path to history folder again. This is W10.

For me the history is working correctly, for the files I saved
The VFB will remember my color corrections and lens effects as well
but for new scenes I will need to setup history again, which is annoying
GPU device select works the same way I think. It remembers my settings for the files I already saved
And for new scenes I will need to setup that again

VFB history settings are saved per-ROP. If you have 2,3 or more ROPs, every ROP in the scene has it's "own" VFB with it's own settings. Currently there is no option for "sharing" VFB settings/history, but this request has been added in our todo list some time ago.
If no GPU device is selected, by default all available GPUs will be used during the render.

It might be useful to have a default path where the history will be saved if the specific ROP does not define its own settings. F.e. in 3ds Max, the history folder can be global or per project and the user can specify which. Having to enable the history for every single ROP and specify a folder can be a bit tedious.
Best regards,
VladoI only act like I know everything, Rogers.

vlado sounds good. Maybe in similar fashion, GPU can be initialized based on VRAY_GPU_PLATFORMS and only override later per ROP if user goes to that menu...Noemotion.net - www.noemotion.net
