Crowds subnet agent

Hey Peter,

this is already logged in our tracker. We had issues with Candidate/Forced objects on the ROP so the devs made it such that those are evaluated same as in Mantra. So, the Visible Children parameter on the Subnet tab of the Subnetwork is checked. Seems like we're treating the Visible Children as Forced objects instead of Candidate objects.

I'll ping you once that's fixed.
