way to reproduce:

create two cameras try to ipr the cam2
rotate the camera(the ipr dont follow) but instead follows cam1

change the vray rops camera to cam2. the opposite is true

weird, i can reproduce it every time. have the latest nightly. have you tried tumble the viewport with cam2?

What does this mean? How are u selecting the camera? In rop settings?

i ahve a vfb open, I right click on the IPR symbol(utah pot with green arrow), select cam2 in the dropdown. ipr chooses the right initial position of cam2 but nothing happens when i press alt and move in the viewport(tumble), in the houdini viewport I choose cam1 and tumble and the ipr refreshes to that one instead

Ok, so it's about VFB and right click, because from "change the vray rops camera to cam2." it was really difficult to figure that out...

With right click yes, it's because SOHO gets defaulted to ROP camera; I'll try to figure out how to fix this.

another thing is that when having multiple rops and trying to IPR it sometimes starts ipr:ing in another vfb then the one selected

In the image example i cklick the ipr of the left vdb and it started ipr in the right one

I have to questions:

1. is there a possibility to make the houdini interface to not lock when rendering with vfb?

2. When rendering from framebuffer by cklicking on the teapot its very bad at picking up lighting, material and disp changes, I always have to go back top the vray_rop and press render to disk to make sure it evaluates the scene correctly. Can this be fixed?

LeoYfver , managed to isolate the problem with (1) - it seems to only happen when the renderer is connected to any other node - we'll look into ways to fix this.

Gosho.Genchev Ah, we always have something connected so thats why we thought it never worked. Hope you can find a solution and thanks for looking into it

Gosho.Genchev Any news on this? tried the 6 of march built and it still freezes the houdini scene
