Hi,
With the latest build of VRay the UV Channel of the image file is broken, it's not using the uv channel and defaulting to tri-planar mapping. See attached images.
I have also tested this in a production asset, and with this latest build it renders incorrectly, I needed to add a uvwgen Channel Name and set it to the same uv to make the textures work again.
