I'm having what seems to be a bug. When using a mesh with several "paths" in the vray mesh light it fails to render all of the paths/objects, render only one of the objects.
In this example you can see that issue.
This easily works by unpacking the geo, but this is not desirable as it will cause the geo to be baked into the vray scene, also the objects seem to render just fine when you plug each one individually into separate mesh lights.
Can you make the mesh lights work with all paths/objects and keep it packed? This would be very welcome.
