(Fixed) [HOU-2090] IPR rendering wrong motion blur

Hi,

Bumped into an issue with the motion blur while using the IPR.
Almost looks like that during IPR mode the camera motion is ignored.

Normal bucker render:

I have a an example scene for this issue ready to go, but it's bigger than the attachment size I can post here, so all I need is to know who to send it to

Hey David,

Andrei partially resolved the issue yesterday - today's nightly builds will correctly show camera motion blur. However, there's another glitch that we need to fix - moving the camera will cause the motion blur to disappear again.
Messaging here so you're aware of the progress. I'll ping you once we have everything resolved.
