(Fixed) refraction visibility toggle not working when in PHANTOM

If we have visibility options on and visibilty in refraction turned off it will be ignored when the geo is in PHANTOM on the rop and its behind a window for example.

This is a little bit urgent for us, could it be checked at?

Fixed, I'll rebuild nightlies now.
I've also added settings customization for "Force Phantom" (ROP -> Objects -> Settings -> Force Phantom).
