[ HOU-2212 ] Disable Light Materials Illumination

Hi,

Looks like the "Disable Light Materials Illumination" is kind of bugged. When enabled Light materials continue to emit light incorrectly. Although this option does work correctly when sent to the farm (Standalone render).

Strangely , parameter is exported but LightMaterials are still rendered. I've reported it.
