    Hi,

    We just bumped into an issue in the "Volume Grid Shader", the fire luminance and smoke opacity curves are getting broken when you close the curve dialog.

    Original curve, both points were set to bezier:

    After adjustments are done, we close the curve and open it again and get this:

    The graphs seem to get broken no matter what whenever we open the curve dialog again, and artists are losing the curves. This happens every time the points are set to any type of bezier. Can you guys look into this please?

    In addition to that issue, there is a "copy selected" option but not a paste point/s, only paste entire graph, would be nice to be able to paste the selection. Also would be great to have a reset graph option and undo's.

    Hey David,

    we plan to remove those ramps and use native Houdini controls - the change will happen very soon and we're looking into a way to preserve backwards compatibility for old scenes. We already knew about this issue but due to certain limitations, we could not fix it.

    I'll update you once we publish the changes to the Volume Shader controls in the nightlies.

      Thanks, you think this is something that can be addressed in the next day/days? Or this will take a bit longer?
      Also, would be great to have the other bugs/issues that are currently in list fixed so we can migrate safely to a version with no issues.

        Hey David,

        The change is already in a branch, up for testing. If nothing pops up, we will merge it tomorrow and the changes will be available on the day after.
        Also, would be great to have the other bugs/issues that are currently in list fixed so we can migrate safely to a version with no issues.
