(Resolved) Issue with Render Frame Range and Save Image expression

Hi,
When I Render Frame Range the following expression doesn't work
${HIP}/render/${HIPNAME}.${AOV}.$F4.exr

Vray renders frame range but keeps saving with the same file name. - so the name doesn't update with rendered frame


It's also seems there is an issue of cache as when I change the frame on timeline(in Render Frame Range "mode") the image is still saved with the file path of the previous "Render Single Frame" frame.
I am using build 9895

This issue is fixed starting with builds from 17 dec, which are in nightly folder not beta one. The fix is in the official V-Ray 5 for Houdini as well.

Hey creac ,

could you please paste the info from the Main Menu -> V-Ray -> About V-Ray -> Copy to Clipboard button ?

We already fixed a similar issue but searching based on a build number is quite painful - the build date makes it significantly faster to check on our end.
