  • Importing VRscenes not working as expected (materials point to wrong UV's).

Hi. I'm transferring assets from Max to Houdini using vrscenes, but could never get it to work perfectly in 4.3. I've now switched to Houdini 18.5 and VRay 5, but I still can't get it to work. After importing a vrscene, I unpack it to get the materials, but then the UV's are wrong. The correct UV's are at "uv", but all the materials point to "uv1" (or channel 1), which means I have to change a lot of materials by hand. I'm still a beginner, haven't been able to figure out how to switch uv's, attribute rename doesn't work for example. Is there an easy fix to this now? When importing only materials there's an option to remap uv's, but not when converting both mesh and materials.

Also, none of the materials have bump maps although they are connected in max.

Hi Monkeybrother , seems to work as expected on my side. map channel 1 is mapped to "uv1" attribute, map channel 2 is mapped to "uv2" attribute and so on. Can you share your vrscene so we can take a closer look.
