V-Ray icon not found in Houdini Shelf

I installed V-Ray 5 for Houdini 18.5.499, (13036)
But I did not find V-Ray in Houdini Shelf. Is there a problem with my settings?

I can't reproduce it on my side.
Is your Houdini installed in its default location ?
Is V-Ray even loaded ?
Are there any errors showed when Houdini is started ?

I confirm that there is no problem with the installation location, and I can also install and uninstall V-Ray for Houdini normally. I think there might be something wrong with Houdini.
I have changed the version of Houdini, and now I can use V-Ray for Houdini with 18.5.408.

Can you check, in 18.5.499 after installing of V-Ray, if "vray_for_houdini.json" in your "houdini_main_directory/packages" exist.

No, the "vray_for_houdini.json" of 18.5.499 is in the "Side Effects Software" folder

Well, that is why V-Ray is not loaded. If you move it to "houdini_main_folder/packages" everything should be fine.
But I need more info about install process. Do you use "Advanced" install? If so ,than check Houdini packages path it might be wrong.

Yes, I changed the installation path of Houdini. I think this may be the cause of the problem. However, 18.5.408 is also very good now. I will use this for now.
