    Hey Ghost3d ,

Any chance for a scene file so we could try to reproduce this here ?

    If not:
    1. Are you exporting AUR or VDBs ?
    2. Could you please try disabling the Volume Grid Shader -> Smoke tab -> Volume Light Cache (Enable) and Smoke tab -> Light Scattering (Type) -> set to Disable ?
    3. Could you please try inreasing and/or decreasing the Voulume Grid Shader -> Rendering tab -> Step % and Shadow Step % parameters - e.g. try increasing them to 900/2000 to see if anything changes.
    4. Could you please try disabling Voulume Grid Shader -> Rendering tab -> Optimize Big Volumetric Grids
    5. Finally, could you please try enabling V-Ray Renderer ROP -> Renderer -> Objects -> Volumetrics -> Probabilistic Volumetrics

To be fair, I'm shooting in the dark with suggestions that might help isolate the issue.

    Best regards!
