Weird Bercon Noise behavior

I am experiencing weird behavior recently. Sometimes loaded scene changes scale of the bercon noise - by factor of something like 100-1000...
When I load the scene again (not sure if I need to shutdown Houdini) it will return back... Although it reverts only sometimes.
But it sucks that I cannot really find a pattern when this happens.

Well... We'll have to reproduce it somehow... So may be at least the .hip file could be helpful.
