uv attribute not working on point cloud object

how can I shade points using texture, uv attribute seams not working with pure points .

We do not support UVs on points. However you could workaround this by:
1. Rename "uv" to some other name like "uv1" ("uv" attr is filtered out translation time).
2. Use "Explicit" mapping mode, read "uv1" with TexUserColor, split it with "Color Operations" and connect "red"->"u" and "green" ->"v".
