vray pack scene does not pack cosmos asset

why cosmos asset file name are so random and different,even not the same as actual file path, like encrypted, how to set it up to using normal network path so that it can be rendered like any other asset.

This is exactly how it works - Cosmos assets must be retrieved/resolved on demand (e.g. scene translation time) from the Cosmos Service, so no packing for Cosmos assets by design.
