Material assets do not seem to load on Houdini 20

I wonder if someone can check if Vray Materials still work with Houdini 20?

I can see the materials both in Material Palette and in Tool Palette of the network window, and can drag them over, but they do not seem to load into the MAT network.

Same things works as expected in Houdini 19.

P.S. I'm using the Mac Arm version.
