(Fixed) [HOU-4186] Motion Blur via Deadline (VR Standalone)

Hi,

seams like vray Standalone can't render proper motion blur

In gui mode it works fine but when I send a vrscene to deadline via the deadline rop it breaks.

I really need some advice otherwise I'm really fucked
The motion blur works when I put a convert SOP after the alembic but it breaks again when I'm putting a pack after...

I use Houdini 19.5 build 805 Indie

Does local Standalone rendering working for you? I've exported vrscene file and rendered via command line and I don't see any difference:

Hi chakarov , no its the same as the version before Now I also got some weird behaviour with Deadline.

It seams that only the first frame of the job will be rendered, all the others cant find the vrscene file in the "C:\ProgramData\Thinkbox\Deadline10\workers\WS-JUPITER\jobsData". Is that a known issue?

Weird... works for me on Windows and Linux... Hope we'll be able to reproduce this somehow...

File doesn't exist, not sure how it's related to my changes.

I'll give it a try tomorrow.

I had to much time pressure at friday to figure out what caused the problem. It's not easy sometimes to be a one man show

I guess there could be a problem if you use the chaos deadline and the deadline plugin in the same scene.
Both worked alone. really weird behaviour. But like you said I think its not realated to your fix.

I had some time to figure out the issue.

It seams that the motion blur is working with 2 geometry samples but not with >2.
In my test scene I had setup 4 samples so it would render like before. And I guess you tested it with 2 samples?

Nope.

The issue is a bit different and the additional fix is under the code review now.
