(open) [HOU-4573] Uninstaller

I suppose if I only have one version of Houdini, and only update from official to official V-Ray version this would work automagically.

But been a nosy bastard I have multiple Houdinis with different V-Rays.

Which results in a lot of zombie versions:



Can we fix the uninstaller, plz?
Or simply give some guidance on manual uninstall on MacOS.
