(open)[HOU-4717]Custom attributes RTX/GPU Vray 7 not working ABC Procedural

This issue is happening when bringing an .abc to either Houdini or Maya, the procedural is not reading the custom attributes. I also reported in the Maya section but in case that has not been reported here.

CPU it works fine in both btw. This broke in one of the builds because it was working fine in earlier version of Vray 7 btw.
