Create lights from viewport

Can we have the option of creating lights from the view port from the perspective that I am, just like creating a camera and control click on the shelf tools please. Just like Mantra or RS or any light can be created.

Love the change, would have loved to see the domelight in the shelf as well. It is one of the most used lights(probably second after rectangle light)
And now I see a new lights menu, not sure if this is intended or not



It contains the same 5 lights, that was added to the shelf
