amount for diffuse/reflection/refraction in VrayMaterial
Thanks chakarov, I am aware of this solution and this is how I do it right now. It's just when you have to do that on every shader for diffuse/reflection/refraction it just clutters your shader network a lot (especially if you just want a color and amount without any textures). So if the devs find time to bring it in it would be really nice.
I like this idea. Other renders for Houdini, like RS, Renderman,Mantra have same approach, using multiplier/gain for components.I often use it myself to debug/proof shader in IPR...
