We would like to be able to add hair properties on hairgen node. Specifically for smooth view in render when grooming. To enable geom splies on the haircurves, btw is it the same as rendertime subdivision?
We're trying _not_ to analyze any kind of node graphs.
For us hair is just a hair (nurbs or bezier) primitive in SOP or open poly.
Anyway if there is a way to figure out where hair is coming from using only SOP properties this is doable.
Otherwise you'll have to use available hair object properties on the rendered object...
