[HOU-1438] disable DWAA/DWAB for vrayExtraTex

in vray next for 3ds max update 3 a feature of being able to disable the compression of DWAA and DWAB. When can we see this one be implemented in vfh?

We've just synced with the latest V-Ray changes - hopefully adding the toggle so the option is exported will be enough. I'll ping you on Monday.
