  • Scripting control of VRay Frame Buffer OCIO settings

In maya we have access to the vfbControl command and use it to setup things such as ocioinputcolorspace, ociodisplaydevice and ocioviewtransform.

What would be the workflow to do this in Houdini? Environment variables would work as well.

    This is not implemented.

At which stage do u want to modify those? Pre-render? Pre-frame? On scene load?

Just to expand on Andre's post - there are environment variables you can use for the Frame Buffer - attached below is an image showing the variables you're looking for. Seem to work on my end - please ping us if you hit any issues.

      Cheers!
