because of maya we still export our hair in maya scale and in the lighting scene in houdini we scale it down a 100 times. The issue is that even if visually in the scene the hair lookds like they are the same size the width and the absolute distance on the hairsampler becomes 100 times smaller. With width we can scale it export a 100 times but not the hairsampler. Could we add a global control for this? bonus would be the hair shading in the viewport to be matching.
