Render Element - Sample Rate

Hey guys,

Great work on the plugin so far. Coming from 3DS to Houdini has been made a lot easier. Thanks!

Please could we get the sample rate render element added as it's so helpful and plays such an important role in my setup.

Add "V-Ray Color Channel (RE)", then switch "Type" to "Sample Rate".
