[HOU-2707] Sort Lights by Name in the Light Mixer

Hi, It would be very useful to be able to sort lights by name in the light mixer as when dealing with a lot of lights it becomes very difficult to work. Currently it looks completely random. Thx

Also, in the light mixer all the lights are checked by default even if they are inactive in the scene. It would be better to have only the active light checked by default. Same as the in the Light Lister.

We've implemented the request but an issue popped up and we're looking for a solution. I will update the thread once everything is good to go, hopefully by the end of the week.
